Our standard free shipping applies to all major destinations across the Continental United States and Canada.

No brokerage, duty, freight or otherwise will be added to your purchase price. We do not charge tax to any purchases delivered to the US. Our Canadian customers pay GST or HST, whichever is applicable to their province.

If an item is in stock, delivery time is approximately two weeks to United States households and three weeks to Canadian addresses.

Free Shipping makes purchasing at The Sofa Bed Store quick and easy. Simply choose your desired model and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you will be asked for your shipping information. Complete payment and your new sofa bed will be shipped out within 3 working days.

Our drivers will contact you ahead of time to arrange a suitable date and time to deliver your new sofa bed. Curb-side (front door) delivery is standard.

White Glove service (indoor delivery, assembly, and material removal) is available only to residents making an in-store purchase at The Sofa Bed Store showroom. There is an additional cost of $155.00 for this service. Please enquire about this at the time of purchase so we can make arrangements for you.

Your Sofa Bed will arrive completely wrapped and boxed as a set of 2-4 boxes (depending on the model). This makes it much easier for even our queen sized models to be moved through narrow doorways and hallways.
